What is the process if I purchase a pre-recorded package and later decide I’d like to upgrade?
If you purchase a pre-recorded package, ie, a 4-week package, and would like to upgrade, you MUST first buy the upgraded package that you now want at the full price
Once payment is processed and received, you will then be refunded your funds for the package you initially purchased
Are there refunds or exchanges?
There are NO refunds and NO exchanges. Please pay close attention to the prompts asking you if you are sure you want to purchase any prerecorded packages, in-person one-on-one sessions, and virtual one-on-one sessions, as well as any other services and or merchandise this site may offer
* In the case that Coach Mike needs to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund for that session
* Only in exceptional circumstances will partial credit be applied to use towards another session. In some exceptional cases, a partial refund will be processed.

If I purchase a package and later need to choose a different day and time within that package, can I do so?
If you need a different day within your package, so long as there is availability on Coach Mike’s calendar, you may do so and follow up with an email for confirmation
* Please note that if there are constant cancellations and/or rescheduling taking place, it will no longer be allowed
